Maris’s love for Richmond and her home state of Virginia is contagious. Always eager to share her knowledge of the region, she wants those around her to experience all the best that Virginia has to offer. Maris was raised in Williamsburg and graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Communications and Urban Geography. Before getting her real estate license, she managed a boutique architecture and interior design firm in Boulder, Colorado. As she worked with Developers and Real Estate personnel, she saw an avenue that would allow her to combine her creative and artistic abilities with her love for numbers and logistics, and therefore began pursuing her next step as a licensed Real Estate Agent. Maris loves all-things outdoors - road biking, gardening, kayaking and tubing down the James River, hiking in Charlottesville, exploring the best eateries in the City, and enjoying live music.

Elizabeth comes to the real estate industry with an “above and beyond” work ethic and a strength in the development of creative solutions to ensure client success. As part of the Laura Peery team, she plays an integral role in providing high quality project management services throughout the buying / selling process to deliver on the motto, “Attitude is everything, integrity is non-negotiable." Elizabeth, a transplant from Middleburg, Va. graduated as a double Hoo’ in 2010 with B.A.s in Biology & Religious Studies and in 2017 with a M.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Virginia. While in Charlottesville, she met her husband, Ware, who works in Commercial Real Estate. Together they are raising three children and two golden retrievers. Paramount to Elizabeth is earning and maintaining trust, driving success, and anticipating the needs of her clients to make the buying / selling process both seamless and as stress-free, as possible, during one of life’s biggest changes.
