Over the summer, we happy-houred at Kabana Rooftop, a stylish and hip spot in Richmond’s financial district with amazing views of the James River and downtown. There are lots of cozy seating spaces to enjoy craft cocktails (try the Maker’s Fashioned!) and yummy small plates. I recommend indulging in the tuna poke while lounging with friends and soaking in the incredible views.
