I am thrilled for my long-time friend, Steve Nardo, and his crew who just opened RVA’s first shuffleboard and social club, Tang & Biscuit. This cool new venue is high-energy, innovative, and striving to bring people of all ages and backgrounds together to enjoy some good old-fashioned fun. Tang & Biscuit, named “Tang” for the shuffleboard cue and “Biscuit” for the puck, seamlessly blends a biscuit-themed menu, over-sized family friendly games, an impressive draft list, and of course 10 regulation-size shuffleboard courts for an experience unlike any other. On opening night I loved seeing such a diverse group of people socializing with family, friends, and new acquaintances-- just as the creators intended. Located in Scott’s Addition and open 7 days a week, Tang & Biscuit is a newcomer to Richmond’s social scene that you will not want to miss.
