Spring is the perfect season to bounce between the galleries of Richmond’s First Fridays Art Walk and to soak in the vibrant culture of River City’s downtown. On the first Friday of every month, the Richmond Arts District – a special tract that runs along the city’s Broad Street corridor – throws open its doors for this signature event. Galleries, shops, and restaurants all participate, often featuring live performances and new exhibitions.
