Curbside Meals To Go

If you’re not quite ready to visit restaurants as they reopen in coming days, there are plenty of to-go options from some of Richmond’s best eateries. From fine dining to casual fare, ordering to-go from a local restaurant is an excellent way to mix up your home menus and support a local business.

My friend David Shannon, who owns L’Opossum, has launched a ‘take-n-bake’ carryout concept that offers fan favorites and some new items for enjoyment at home. For David, takeout has been a first step in reopening the dining room and it will continue to be a key part of his strategy going forward in order to ensure that his staff and customers are well taken care of both in and outside of the restaurant. L’O Unplugged offers a way to support the restaurant staff and unplug from your own kitchen duties. The range of seasonally-driven options is complemented by a crafty beverage menu that can also be order to-go.

Bon appetit!
